To accommodate our growing clientele, we’ve updated our cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full appointment fee applies. Rescheduling within this window incurs a $75 fee, with the original payment becoming a non-refundable deposit. No-shows are charged the full appointment fee. All services are paid via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay.
Your well-being is paramount. We’re adhering to government and health authority guidelines regarding COVID-19. We maintain a sanitized environment and expect clients to practice hygiene and stay home if unwell. Before entry, clients will undergo a health questionnaire and temperature check. Any sign of illness will lead to rescheduling.
